Attendance is REQUIRED in order to receive DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE from the City of Tallahassee. Refreshments will be provided.
Classes are FREE however there is a minimal charge of $20 for training materials.
The training materials are REQUIRED for class and PAYMENT MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO ATTENDING.

A two hour night session held semi-monthly to provide an overview of TLC’s down payment assistance program and services, the pro’s and con’s of homeownership and the steps involved in owning a home. Call 222-6609 to
